RETURN Conditions

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the ordered Goods within 14 days of receipt of the Goods by sending an e-mail to the Seller ([email protected]). The withdrawal form will be sent after receipt of the e-mail within 2 working days.

The Goods must be returned in their original packaging and complete set. The manufacturer's packaging must not be opened when returning the product, if it is opened, it will be deemed to have been used.

The Customer is obliged to send the goods to the Seller within 5 days after the seller has accepted return request by informing customer in email. Any costs incurred in returning the Goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment as the customer used for the transaction. The Seller shall refund the amount paid for the Goods within 5 calendar days of receipt of the Goods.
