These Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") form an integral part of the contract for the purchase of the Goods/Services and set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of delivery of the Goods, the cancellation and return policy, the refund policy, the dispute resolution policy.
The Seller shall have the right to change, amend or supplement the Conditions at any time in accordance with the requirements of the law. Such changes shall take effect upon their publication on the website.
The Seller shall have the right at any time to change the prices displayed on the Site and/or to create new paid services at its sole discretion.
The Contract between the Customer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Customer has selected the Goods, placed them in his shopping basket, indicated the delivery address and read the Terms by ticking "I accept the Terms of Use" in the order confirmation window.
The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
When placing an order, the customer may choose the method of postage
1. Delivery via Latvijas Pasts worldwide: - the delivery price is calculated when the order is placed. Delivery by post is made within 30 days of receipt of payment for the goods and confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail that the order has been received.
Payment of the Order shall be made by the Customer:
1. by bank card
2. using the PayPal payment system
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer within the delivery times specified in the descriptions of the Goods. If the delivery of the Goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control and control, the Seller undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and agree all matters relating to the delivery of the Goods.
In the event that the Customer notices upon receipt of the Goods that the shipment does not contain the correct Goods or that the Goods are not of the correct size, colour or other irregularity, the Customer shall immediately notify the Seller.
Return rules
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CPRL) and the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No.255 "On Distance Contract".
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the ordered Goods within 14 days of receipt of the Goods by sending an e-mail to the Seller ([email protected]). The withdrawal form will be sent after receipt of the e-mail within 2 working days.
The Goods must be returned in their original packaging and complete set. The manufacturer's packaging must not be opened when returning the product, if it is opened, it will be deemed to have been used.
The Customer is obliged to send the goods to the Seller within 5 days after the seller has accepted return request by informing customer in email. Any costs incurred in returning the Goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer. Returnable goods must be delivered to the seller at the address provided:
Uzvaras Prospekts 9-1, Balozi, LV2128, Latvia, and must be in complete condition.
Refunds are made using the same means of payment as the customer used for the transaction. The Seller shall refund the amount paid for the Goods within 5 calendar days of receipt of the Goods.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer's right of withdrawal or to withhold the refund fee in the event that the Goods have been damaged by negligent handling or failure to follow instructions during use, if the original packaging of the Goods has been lost or if the packaging of the Goods has been damaged.
Dispute resolution rules
All disputes arising between the Customer and the Seller, or arising in connection with the purchase of Goods, shall be resolved by the Parties through mutual negotiation or correspondence with a view to reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Complaints regarding the availability or quality of the goods shall be submitted electronically to the e-mail address [email protected] or in writing to the address Camanu iela 1, Balozi, LV2128, Latvia. The complaint will be examined within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with a reply sent to the contact address indicated in the complaint.
If the complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree with the complaint being found to be unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the laws and regulations.

Data processing
By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her shall be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the e-mail address provided.
